The final pitch event took place on August 14, 2024, at KPMG’s Sydney offices, where our CEO and Co-Founder, David Doral, presented to a distinguished panel of judges. The event was a celebration of innovation, bringing together industry leaders, investors, and the top minds in technology. Dovetail was honored to be part of this esteemed group, reflecting our ongoing commitment to driving the future of aviation.

Hartzell Propeller, a global leader in advanced aircraft propeller systems for over a century, has entered into a collaboration with Dovetail Electric Aviation, a pioneer in battery-electric and hydrogen-electric propulsion systems for regional aircraft. Together, the two companies are working to integrate Hartzell’s propellers and Pitch Control Unit (PCU) into Dovetail’s proprietary Electric Propulsion System (EPS), known as DovePower.

Dovetail Electric Aviation SL has received a grant from the Regional Ministry of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of the Government of Andalusia, financed by the European Union through the FSE+ Andalucía 2021–2027 Programme, within the Emplea-T initiative, to support job creation and employment promotion in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
